Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website gulfsricon.world and the sewing, alterations and fitting services offered by Atelier Synål in Aarhus, Denmark. By using our website or commissioning work from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Atelier Synål
Klostergade 28
8000 Aarhus, Denmark
Email: [email protected]
Phone: +45 86 12 47 53
2. Services
We provide garment alterations, repairs, bridal and eveningwear fittings, and related sewing services. Quotes, timelines and prices are confirmed before work begins. Complex bridal or made-to-measure projects may require several fittings; dates are agreed with you in advance.
3. Appointments and garments
Please arrive on time for fittings and bring the shoes, undergarments or accessories relevant to the final look when we ask for them. Garments left with us should be clean and free of items of high sentimental or monetary value beyond the garment itself unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We take reasonable care of items in our custody. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the reasonable repair or replacement cost of the garment, except where Danish mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
4. Payment
Payment is due as agreed when the work is ordered or upon collection, unless another arrangement is confirmed. Deposits for bridal or larger projects are non-refundable once cutting or major alteration work has started, except where the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) or other mandatory rules grant you a right of withdrawal.
5. Website content
Website text and images are provided for general information. They do not constitute a binding offer until we confirm a specific order. We may update prices, hours and service descriptions without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
Content on this website — including text, layout and photographs — belongs to Atelier Synål or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
7. Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, in line with GDPR and Danish data protection law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections under Danish and EU consumer law. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Denmark. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen) for guidance.
